Change Administrator - New User

As a new user to Sage50, I must update the administrator role.  The previous administrator is no longer an employee as of 2021. Yes, we were not aware of this role in Sage50 until recently.

I need guidance on how to change/update. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to find a user manual that specifically addresses this issue.

    Only the administrator can change a user's role. It's possible to have more than one administrator, so have everyone check to see if they have access to Maintain > Users > Set Up User Security. If you don't know the password for a user with administrator rights, you can have a certified consultant reset the password for you for a small fee.
