After I click 'OK' at the login window, it asks me to change the password, so I change password for example to 'Bo123456', it always gives me an error message 'old password is not correct'.
I have a password utility I can try, reach out to me directly if needed. [email protected]
I found a solution. Just restore the backup file to create a new company instead of directly open existing company after upgrading/converting company, it worked.
This solution worked for me.
Can Sage provide an update on this problem? I'm having the same problem, and restoring a db is not a solution.
Have you checked the configuration settings in Sage 2024 to ensure they are correct?
I can delete all of your passwords and return your file to you. We have seen a lot of issues with people that have older programs They have more users than licenses. It does create a problem. When this happens, we bust an Admin password to get into your file, then we delete all users and passwords. You can start all over again. Occasionally an old name will get stuck in the program. Sometimes you need to learn to live with it.
Kind regards,
Shirley
