Sage 50 not opening due to Actian Zen

We are continually having an issue with Sage 50 not opening and having to reactivate the Actian Zen.   We are changing the startup type from "disabled" to "automatic" however it continues to revert back to disabled.       Any ideas on how to permanently keep the status as automatic?    It seems to happen randomly.    Thank you.

    I'm still having issues with Zenengine Actian Zen workgroup. I continue to undo disable and start. But now I'm processing work and it freezes up when working in program. I have disabled McAfee and it stills continues to do it. Anyone have any solutions yet?

    I'm having the same issue and constantly, having the same issue. I have contacted Sage at least 20 times. Has your issue been resolved?
