Since upgrading to 2024 I've had to do several data verification/Syncs do to "out of balance" messages. This isn't the result of a bad posting etc. I contacted Sage as of yet. Is one having similar issues since upgrading?

I appreciate the offer but I do most fixes myself. This is a bug in Sage's software that they need to address. Hopefully Sage will address it sooner than later
I will keep you in mind going forward though and as a referral.
Hi Homerjones ,
Thanks for reaching out. Checked in with our Sage 50 US support team regarding this and they advised that there is no known issue related to the version 2024 upgrade and "out of balance"…
We can help you with a repair, but we do charge for our services.

Didn't put my reply's to you in the correct order but you should be able to see them.
Thank you for answering.
It could be something in your computer that caused the issue.
Did you run the update on the server machine first. Once you discovered the problem, did you try rerunning the update? I would restore the backup prior to the update and run it again.
No I believe I've eliminated that and, I think, everything else (but you never know) but it being a Sage bug. I thought it might be the database has outgrown Sage 50 but they "assured" me before we when from Sage 2023 to 2024 that it hadn't.
Thanks though!
Do you have enough room in your server for the file? Maybe you need more space allocated to the program data.
To be honest, I don't think this is a Sage bug.

Again this has all been done previously. This is a "rebuilt" date base done in February of this year. It was need be it was the third time the old one became corrupted utilizing the remote could sync. Sage had no answers or solution so I had to do it myself. As a result stopped the cloud sync. While I do not was to criticize Sage in the past few years has a history of rushing products that have not been fully tested/vetted to market. Give the support and software people an extra cup of java and have them look a little deeper.
This is possible.
