sage 2024 install

Hi,

We just upgraded to Sage 50 2024. We have it installed on a server and 3 computers. Install/upgrade on the server and 2 of the computers went just fine, with no issues.

But the last computer will not complete the install (version 2023 worked just fine on this computer before). It gets stuck on Actian Zen. I did see a patch for actian zen, which we installed (it is now version 15.11.014), but nothing changed and the sage 2024 install always just get stuck on the Actian Zen.

The computer is running windows 11 (with all the latest updates), just like the other computers where the install went just fine.

Any advice is appreciated.

    Uninstall Actian Zen via the Control Panel - Programs and Features. Afterwards, you can manually install Actian Zen before you install Sage 50 2024 by running the SetupWorkgroup32_x86.exe file in the PervasiveMin folder of the install files folder. When done, run the _setup.exe file in the Peachw\Install directory of the install files folder. This will install the rest of Sage 50 2024.

    Thank you so much, that actually worked.

    The one thing I had to do in addition, was to install the Actian Zen patch as the first install did not work. Anyway, with the patch, all worked fine and we are up and running.
