Maybe you are trying to delete an ADMIN with Full control?   You are not permitted to do that.  

If you do not see the Save and Close button on the bottom of the User Security screen, it's because you are running a screen resolution size in Windows that is larger than Small Fonts. Change your setting within Windows, and you will be able to see this button and then close. As an alternative, depending on your version of Sage 50, you can press tab 7-8 times and it will bring you to the button that you cannot see, and you can press enter to Save and Close.
