Sage 50 2024 upgrade does not accept current serial number - The upgrade wizard automatically populates our serial number, but after clicking Next, it says the serial number is invalid. How can we get past this?

Thanks for reaching out. Believe I found your account ID ending 400xxxx656 with the Sage 50 US version 2024 serial code ending Fxxxx-4xxx-xxx5-xA33 is this what you're using? I would try logging into the Customer Portal here with your login that is your email (also check your email for your login access details that I just set up*).
Once logged in, try copy / pasting from the Activation Codes > Details screen after selecting Sage 50 US and the edition in the dropdown.
