After applying the 2024.0.1 update, our BI processes started failing with permission errors on the ODBC connection. When I tried to verify the settings and look at the user details, I get the following error:
A Managed exception was caught in CUserListView::LaunchWindow(). The error is 'External component has thrown and exception.'
and I cannot see the settings. This happens when navigating to Maintain -> Users -> Set Up User Security...
Is this an issue with the update or are there other options for troubleshooting and/or correcting this issue?
