When i log on in the morning it logs in ok and then a window opens that says "obsolescence Information". New release of Sage 50 now available.
I click the install button and it logs me out and installs nothing.

The installer is supposed to automatically retrieve your new 2024 serial number but, in most cases it doesn't. You will need the serial number to install. So if it doesn't get filled in automatically, you can either log into the Sage customer portal or call Sage.
