That message would mean you have a single user license so you wouldn't be able to be in Sage at the same time unless you got a second license.  Close Sage on the other machine and it should work.  [email protected] 

Assuming you do not have a single user license, that message can also mean that you have lock files on the server that need to be cleared. These files don't necessarily have the extension of LCK, but the first step would be to reboot your server. After that, if the problem continues, you can open the Computer Manager on the server and clear out any open sessions/files, and then in the Sage 50 shared data file location, there are various files that can be removed, and within the company directory, there are various files that can be removed.
