Where can I find the actual download to put it on a flash drive to use between the PC's? I'm trying to avoid having to download for each PC.

Hi Mchrysler,

If the pc's are all pointing to your server, you will only need to download to the server. With the workstations you should be able to open the program, click OK on any error messages received (if any) and then close the program. Doing so will start the update.

If you would still like to move the download to a flash drive, you can browse to the Updates folder in your data path and copy the PTXA2014.2.1.exe

I know I have the 2014.2.1 update installed because I can enter hours for salaried employees in payroll. But Help - About still shows 2014 (SR-1). The build shows 21.2.01.0205.

I can't seem to access "After installing 2014.2 my E-file button is greyed out - Answer ID 21575"  Our bookkeeper is beside herself with E-File not working.

Message when the page opens "We're sorry, but this Document is not currently available. Try again in a few minutes."

I apologize that we are experiancing difficulty with our Knowledge Base at this time. If you open Help, Sage 50 subscription updates, and update online, you should then be able to E-file provided you have a current subscription for the E-file service.

I did the update on my server this morning.  Now I can't open peachtree.  Called tech support, they want to have a conference call to fix it... in A WEEK!  Months end is here.  Crazy talk

2014 (SR1) is correct. The build will indicate that the 2014.2 update has been installed.
