Hello,
I just bought a packaged version of Sage 50 US edition and after installing it on a pc it asked for online activation. After accepting the online activation it tried connecting to the server but then sent me a failure message about not being able to activate online.
This made me try the other method of sending a file to a specific email then placing a newly received file in a specific directory but unfortunately I didn't get a new file. Instead, I got a message that there was a problem with activating my serial number.
Please help as I can't find any way to contact Sage through email!
