Report modification

I need to modify the 5-1-8-41 report (and name it 5-1-8-05) with the following modifications:

* Remove PREMIUM hours column and replace with OTHER hours column (to include sick, vaca, holiday as we don't use premium)

* Add OVERTIME WAGE column

* Remove the "Job <> Zero" button on selection criteria so hours not posted to a job also show up

Can anybody help? I've tried and just can't seem to get this one right.
