First, does the modify report button exist for that report? 

If not you’ll have to start somewhere else  

You can remove the prebuilt calculations and replace them with custom calculated fields  but you’ll have to create them. 

Eaxh calculated field must be named like this 

six characters the up arrow then six more characters 

that goes in the top box 

then in the large box select the fields you want added together and put a plus sign between them  

in responding from my cell so I can’t get you the specific formula right now  but that should get you going 

Yes, there is a modify report button.  I know how to modify reports and how to create new ones. However, for some reason I can't get this one right. The Overtime keeps giving me total pay period overtime hours for each individual day, instead of just the OT hours for that day.  I'm hoping somebody can pull this report up and do the modification for me. Thanks

I'm getting desperate - my work comp audit is coming up and I have no way to pull the reports to breakdown hours by state.  When I archived last year, something happened and my work comp reports for some states show zero, even though the payroll records are correct.  If I could get this report modified, it would work for my audit.  Can anybody please help??????

Just saw this, but it may be that you need to run the work comp report out of the archive company. Let me know if you still need help with this.

Problems with that report - long story but I know why the report has problems.  That's why I need to modify the other report.  Thanks
