Use the gray DOWN Arrow beside the search box to get to the account you are looking for (can sort via alpha or numeric, etc.)

Options >  Edit Inactive Settings > Check box next to account name to make inactive

I think they were asking about the cards themselves not the bank.  You can also inactivate a subaccount which is for the card, and keep the bank which may have other cards.  1-7, pull up account, click on subaccount box at bottom.  Select subaccount (card), Edit, inactive, Save

Good call - I am not sure if that was the question as I read  the question differently, but with this information they should be able to do both.  Hopefully this works for them.
