We are looking into the HH2 AP Workflow to replace Paperless as our AP Workflow software that pushes to Sage 100 Contractor. I think it has many benefits ... phone app/cloud based, data capture and vendor mapping, paid invoice status and payment details. If anyone has done this, I would love some feedback on the HH2 AP Workflow ?
Also, our Project Managers live in Procore and they are able to view total costs per budget line but they are not able to see a cost detail. Does anyone have some suggestions on how PMs can view detailed costs on their jobs? Right now, I simply print a Job Cost Journal by cost code for each job from Sage and email out a report for all our current jobs to our PMs.
