We signed up for HH2 AP Document Flow in 2022 and we were never able to use it because of our AP workflow.

1.  We enter POs in Sage

2.  We swap the quantity and price in our POs to allow for partial shipments/vendor invoices

HH2 was not able to accommodate our current process.  Their customer service is not great either.  We currently use HH2 Remote Payroll and have no issues however when it comes to AP Document Flow, they dropped the ball.  We are currently looking into Timberscan to automate our AP process.

Good to know. Yes, we had some issues with POs based and the quantities. So we quit doing them all together. But thank you for sharing your input!

Lela, can you give some insight to how the prices compared between HH2 and Timberscan? I know HH2 is priced based on the # of documents running through AP, but I do not know any details about Timberscan pricing.
