Hi Kathy. Depending on the types of records being referenced as a delete conflict, running a fiscal year archive and selecting the maintenance option to "Remove closed and refused jobs" may may that task easier. If the jobs still cannot be deleted, then I would advise contacting Sage Support for guidance.
