Subcontract Agreement with AIA (or equivalent) Form

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this software.  I'm a GC and have a job created that require 3 subs doing work and i'm performing a small amount of work as well.  I've got two of the subs in the system with their price, thats it so far.  I want to issue them a subcontractor agreement on AIA paperwork so they'll sign and start ordering materials.  How do I do this?  When I go to subcontractor agreement there is no AIA documents there.  Please help.

Yeah, I hear ya! The AIA is a professional organization that sells their copyrighted forms (and software) to make a profit. So this prevents software such as Sage from integrating the forms into their software without penalties. As I mentioned before a custom form design that would "fill in the blanks" could be designed for you to use in Sage 100 (you'd need to purchase the blank forms from the AIA).
