Direct Deposit Advice Form

Question

Does anyone have a report form they use to print out direct deposit forms rather than printing them on a check-type form? I'd like to be able to print them as a PDF or on plain paper and have the labels on the report, rather than printing them on expensive forms. I know that MyAssistant contains a report like this an will email it automatically, but I just want the report, not the MyAssistant product.

You can add the same report that My Assistant uses -add it to your Report menu in Payroll. I have downloaded it from the KB but as a Consultant I have different access so hopefully you can get it. It's a Crystal report that can be modified as needed (it prints Fringes so I usually suppress them).

We used to send out on plain paper however with the new wage theft laws we found that some banking and loan processing companies did not accept the plain paper forms. We had to use direct deposit forms with headers and our company name and address to be accepted as a valid document.
