Sage 300 Construction

We are an Ohio based paving contractor looking for ways to streamline processes.  Most of our projects are short term in the 2-5 day range with approx. 80 employees.  Looking for ideas to get information from the office to the field and back.  Are there any Sage 300 users out there with short term projects that would be willing to share what is working for them with regard to job information, daily paperwork, payroll, etc.?
