I am trying to download the tax updates and keep getting the message "Download Taxes did not complete successfully.  The tax archive was downloaded, but the tax files could not be extracted into the //APPSERVER/TimberlineOffice/9.5/Accounting/Misc/ folder"   We have allowed permissions in the firewall and even turned the firewall off and are still getting the message.  Any ideas?
