Deductions and fringes Report

SUGGESTED

Is there a report that can help me cross reference deductions and fringes by pay check or pay period?

The Check Activity with Detail report (PR-Reports-Pay Period Process menu) is our go to report. You can use it to validate deductions, fringes, taxes, and pays.

Thank you. I actually do use that report. But what I am trying to accomplish is to crete a new report that I can select deduction and fringe types with grand total in order to reconcile monthly statements.

    Lucy -

You can either write multiple ASUM formulas so the Check Activity with Detail provides you with Grand Totals by Type/ID, or you can use Crystal Reports with a UNION Function to join the deduction and fringes.  I have written both types of reports for customers, however I would suggest the Crystal Reports route as the Check Activity with Detail has much information that is extraneous to the reconciliation you are trying to perform.

Your consultant should be able to help you write the appropriate report or you can contact me at [email protected] if you are not currently working with a consultant.
