Aatrix Update

Question

Trying to run the Aatrix Update that comes up with I try to go into Payroll/Federal e-file and Reporting and keep getting an error that various files are failing to update because the process is in use by another program. I don't have anything else open in Sage and I'm the only one with access to Payroll. 
 The listed files failing to update are AATRIXFORMS.EXE, AESCRYPTO.DLL, C4DLL.DLL, IPWSSL6.DLL, UPDATERDLL.DLL, VC_STL032.DLL AND ZLIB.DLL. 
 
 Anyone else recently ran the Aatrix Update? Issues?

 Thanks for reaching out. The error indicating files failing to update due to being in use typically means there's a lock on those files, possibly by the system or a background process. 
 Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Restart the Application : Close Sage completely and then reopen it. Attempt the update again to see if the error persists.

Restart Workstation : If the error continues, reboot your workstation to clear any locked files or processes.

Server Restart : Ask all users to log off Sage, then restart the server to reset any locks that may be in place network-wide.

Check for Duplicate Tasks : Ensure that there are no duplicate processes or data entries that might be causing a conflict.
