Hello,
You can go to Payroll, Reports, Pay Period Processing, Job Labor.
Enter 01/01/2000 for the Paid Since Date, then go to Conditions.
Delete the Period End Date condition (which makes the date above irrelavent) and add a condition for Date and Job.
Alternatively, you can go to Inquiry, Check information, Check Time and condition for job and date, then export to excel to sort and total.
