I can't opine on the why, but I can share the approach I would take to eliminate the unwanted Addon. First I would expand the Total Page and take a picture. Then note the name of the Totals Template. Next, I would create a new template using the picture as my guide and name it the same as the bad one appending a 1 or an A. Save it and then test to confirm it works like the original. If all is good, delete the bad one and rename the new one. Good luck.

Thank you randy for your advice. I was able to resolve the issue with the aid of Sage Support.  Took them a while to figure it out.  I had toggled something for "Alternates" by mistake. They were able to undo it. Thank you.  Randy  

Can you please share how you deleted an add-on.  I imported a phase with a dash (-) in the middles (ex: 02-LS instead of just 02 LS).  I need to rename several phases and delete the dash as it messes up the import.  How can I permanently delete or better yet, rename the phase??  I appreciate any help with this.  Need to do this ASAP :-( .

You should be able to Rename the Phase in the Database Editor. Don't just delete it, though, as you will orphan all the Items.

The Database Editor is a separate app. It can be found in the Sage Estimating folder on the hard drive. Your network or Sage Database administrator may have limited your access. If so, contact them and ask them to sort out the problem.
