I have never experienced this in all my years using Estimating, both Pervasive and Sequel. First, I would try recalculating the Totals Page. Most likely, the app is corrupted and would require removal and reinstallation. Good time to Update to the latest version.

I agree with Randy. I have never had this happen that's why I use sage for all my estimates no matter size or phase. I always save a PDF version just incase but its never a software issue its usually a coworker who was looking for historical costs, or making a copy, etc. 

I know this was originally posted seven months ago, but we have recently encountered this same issue, and we are running the current version of Sage.  Any new suggestions?
