Timeslips 2019 - Format of Aged A/R Balances Report

SOLVED

Hi.  We just upgraded from Timeslips 2015 to 2019 and can no longer print Aged A/R Balances report directly from Timeslips because the first 2 columns run together and the large right margin cannot be adjusted.  Even changing the report to landscape format doesn't help.  The same report ran fine in TS 2015, but now we have to print it to Excel and adjust the columns there.  Any help with this issue would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Do you have it set to print the names on the same line as the balances? This is set in options. Try turning it off. Are you printing to the screen and then the printer? If so, try printing directly to the printer. Beyond that, we could try deleting your report definition and recreating it as I haven't seen this problem on other users systems.

Thank you, Caren.  I've printed it all different ways with the same result, and I need to keep the names on the same line as the balances.  I was told by TS Support that this was a known (and apparently not reparable) glitch with the 2019 upgrade, but was hoping someone on here had a different answer.  What would be involved with recreating the report, i.e., is it simple enough to do myself?  I run this report at least twice a week and can't afford to lose access to it.

Thanks so much for your help!
