Please clear the bill completely.  If a bill is in revision stage, only transactions on that revision bill will be included in the re-creation of the bill.  If the payment is not included, before printing the bill click the "options" button and make sure that the option to "A/R transactions obey the slip date range filter" is not checked.  Feel free to reach out directly to me for additional help.  [email protected]

Agree with Terry on revision stage. When you go back to run the bill check your options. There are two that pertain to payments - AR obeys date range and one  about unapplied payments.  One of these is likely why the payment didn’t get included the first time.
