License issue on peer to peer setup

I have a two-user license for Timeslips 2015.  I haven't been using the second one because my assistant quit and I have a new one coming in (after a year) on Monday.  I uninstalled and reinstalled, and have set everything up on a peer to peer with my machine as the server and hers with a local install.  Paths are the same to the .cfg file and database over the network and locally, and I can access the database independently from either computer, so I don't think my problem is there.

This is the issue - when I installed it showed two licenses when I put in the activation code.  However, once it's installed, there is only one.  I cannot access the database from both machines at once because I am one license short.  I tried to install the other license number I have as an add-on, but it tells me it's an invalid code.  When I look in station administrator, it only shows me one license purchased.  How do I get the other license in there?

Well, I checked, and I did not get a code for an additional license for v2014, although it shows it has two users.  I tried all my codes to install an additional license in v2014, and every one said invalid code.  I went ahead and upgraded to v2015 and tried to put in the additional license code, which says it's for v2015 - same problem.  I am thinking since they didn't send me the additional license code for v2014, it won't take the others.  The thing that makes no sense is why they sell a two-user version that doesn't just install two licenses in the first place.  I guess I will just have to call them Monday and see if they can give me a code that works to get the other license in there.
