I am looking for information on actual experience of upgrading to Sage X3 version 11.

We are currently on Version 7, has anyone made the leap?

How painless was it?

Any suggestions ?

Also we are currently receiving a quote from our reseller of 100k to do the upgrade from our Partner and we have only two minor program modifications ? does this seem right its only a single local server?

We are also currently looking to see if anyone could suggest from their experience any companies we could partner with to provide our Sage services.
