How did you link the sales orders to the POs?

There are several ways to link a sales order to a PO.  If just creating a back-to-back order - the SOQ table (FMINUM, FMILIN and FMISEQ) has the link info to the PO.  If you are using assignments only - MTOLINK table can be used.  Hope this helps!

I am using the MTOLINK TABLE when importing the assignments but I am having an issue where the quantities available are not decreasing when assigned but duplicating.

Ex:- If I have 100 pieces when the PO is linked to the SO, it should show 0 available, and this is working when it's done manually. However, when I use the import template instead of seeing 0, I still see 100 pieces available. When I check on the ORDERS table, MTOQTY is 0.

ok - I totally understand.  We currently do not use imports so I am afraid I am no help with that process.  Sounds like another table is updated during the manual process and the import is not updating.  Does it show "linked" correctly via the workbench after import?

It creating the assignment, but the link is not showing that the quantities are being assigned.
