how to create a new report parameter with drop down list in sage x3?

I am trying to create a custom report parameter on one of my reports, it is not a built in parameter. 

Any idea how to do this?

    Go to Development / Data and Params / Data types and copy the GAS data type by changing the code to ZGIC.

    Next go to the Convergence tab and change the linked object to GIC.

    Now go to the report definition in Development / Script Dictionary and find your report. Change the data type on your Number Range field from whatever it was (A or whatever) to ZGIC.
