Thank you so much. Had I known Entry was referring to receipt number I would have figured it out. Any suggestion on how to identify if the fields are the same.

You mean just in general how to tell if they have the same data?  i have spent a lot of time looking at the data in the tables using the GMAINT function (Development>Utilites>Maintenance>In Lines in update 9).  You can look at all of the fields in a table and see what type of data is stored there.  When trying  to link two tables I pull them both up and just start comparing until I find the same type of record on both to use as a link.  You can also click on the "eye" on the graphical tool which will change the field names from english to their codes.  Sometimes it is easier to match them up by code than with the english translation.
