I would like to ask you something too : Have you any documentation to configure access and display : 

I don't know how to implement my interface with my menus (the display) and do a correlation with the functions that my users can have access. 

I also know that in the V11, the menu profile don't work anymore, so what is the new configuration to set having my display (syracuse) correlate with my functions and access (X3)

Menu profile is still used in a different context specially for ADC. But in order to control what menus your users can see, that happens automatically with function profile and functional authorization, In other words if users have access to a function, they will see it.
