On the supplier record, under the management tab we have something called supplier notes.
When we open this, it allows us to write notes in it.
How can I get the notes to show up on the PDF file of the print out. I have the report open on crystal report but cannot locate the field that this would be. Any suggestions.
Thank you for the respond I will try it out. Do you know how to determine what all these fields are? We are new to sage and crystal and its kinda hard to understand this. I did the esc F6 to get to the a field name in SAGE but that field name is not here.
On Crystal I added that Field:
And I went to the supplier record on the management tab and created a note:
When I printed a copy of the purchase order. It didnt have the note:
Any suggestions?
