Modifying Screens in Sage X3 v11

I am fairly new to Sage X3, but come from a heavy SAP development background.  Does X3 allow you to actually get into the screen designs and modify the way they look - such as moving fields around, adding fields, removing fields, changing label text, etc? If so how do you navigate to this function (s) and what permissions  (badges) do I need?

    Hello, you/users can use the authoring, almost all the pages have this feature. It is the third icon on top right.

    Hello,

    Regarding Classic function : You may need to have access to at least Screen Funcion (GESAMK), 

    Regarding "Native" funcion : You may need to have access to Representation Function (ERPDEV Badge)

    For both, you need ERPDEV Badge --> Will advise you to follow at least the first course of Development.

    Also, from V7, it is know possible to use Personalisation tools which allow enduser to make minor modification on page layout.
