You would need ACLA type for class. Take a look at below example.

To add onto this subject... some Classes when updated point out that there is another class with a dependency that will need to be re-validated.   Should we be adding those dependent classes to the patch, or is there a way to validate them via patch?   Or is there a different take on it?

I've found that the best way is to include them in your patch. Once you integrate the patch, run a global validation on the Representation. Works better than having to go through each one separately.
