Couple of questions:

1. What version and patch you have?
2. When you say they can't create dashboard are you referring, they don't see the new button to create their own landing pages?
3. If you create a brand new user and just use that group would that work? In other words in EM you can have multiple groups and roles assigned.

These users have been using the same user information for a while now. Creating new ones is going to create a confusion since i have many users.

This is the option I have with my admin rights.

All the permissions are in place. I just need to give them the ability to have this option again. I check the functions for the dashboard and got these.

All of these function have permission allowed. Am I missing anything.

The suggestion was to create a new TEST user to make sure.

The landing pages are part of Syracuse/web server and the classic functions are not needed.

I still think , it has to be to some degree a situation where you might have multiple role/groups that the user can see( hence the idea of a new user to test)

Otherwise I suggest contacting your local support.

I just created a test user and assigned it to that one particular group. When I login as the test user the the +new option still did not come up.

Solution to the problem is as follow:

Under security role, you have something called personalization level. Mine was set to none, however if you give the users the user level access as an option from the selection it will allow them to edit/create dashboards.
