NA Add-On Service Packs in X3 Reference Folder

I'm curious why the documentation states that NA Add-On's (including the Service Packs) should only be installed in child folders?

Hello, That is the proper installation for any addons. One reason, is that starting with V7 and higher with introduction of Easy upgrade concept, you have a new X3 folder in every new version.
