Good questions, I have done this for many customers. You set a criteria memo with the code STD, then the selection will apply immediatly when you open the function / inquiry.

STD Memo code is a special code that will trigger the selection every time you enter the function. It works for any left lists and inquiries.

My suggestion - make a note about modifying memo - I forgot once, and couldn't understand why my list is "filtered" :)
