Well you need use the assignment. Either manually using the function (FUNMLINK) - which is a bit tricky to use when no one explained you - or use automatic assignment.

But for automatic assignment ou need to setup rules and criteria to define how to link sales order with work order. There is too much to say to explain you how to implement assignment by a simple post.

Still you can do some test using the SEED folder by linking any product-site record to the assignment rule PJM (in the planning tab). Then be sure to populate the project field on the sales order (PJT field). After runing the MRP the WOS will be linked to the same project. When raising the work order (WOS -> WOF), you should be able to have a assignment link created automatically. Once you create the stock (via production tracking), a detailed allocation should be automatically generated.
