After upgrading Syracuse to 9.14 we are unable to view any users in the Administration > Administration > Users screen. And if I navigate to a users profile through any other windows I receive the following error.

from which initial syracuse version have you done the upgrade?
We had this probelm when we installed from syracuse 9.6 up to 9.14, too.

Solution was
* Installation (downgrade) to Syracuse V9.10
* Update now from 9.10 to Syracuse V9.12
* Update afterwards from 9.12 up to Syracuse V9.14 Unfortunately, I cannot say why this is the case at the moment.

Every time I go back up to 9.14 the users disappear again. So I've upgraded to 9.15 and all seems fine.
