Hello,

I have a question concerning an issue in the authoring of the mobile environment in the version 12 of Sage.

In the version 7 (update 9), the authoring is working well for the desktop and the mobile environments, and this is not the case for the mobile environment in the version 12.

Below the test done on the 2 versions in order to compare the behavior:

• Test on the version 7 (OK):
  we have tried to modify the authoring in order to delete the label for example of a field, by holding the below steps:
  
  1- modify the authoring on the level of the mobile screen by deleting the label and then save it as a global presentation.
  
  2- Pass by the “Mobile applications” screen from Administration > Authoring > Mobile > Mobile applications, in order to upgrade the versions of the applications.
  then check again the mobile screen after we had done the log out and log in, the modification was well founded. 
   
• Test on the version 12 (NOT OK):
  we have tried to modify the authoring in order to delete the label for example of a field,, by holding the below steps:
  
  1- modify the authoring on the level of the mobile screen by deleting the label and then save it as a global presentation.
  
  2- Pass by the “Mobile applications” screen from Administration > Authoring > Mobile > Mobile applications, in order to upgrade the versions of the applications.
  then check again the mobile screen after we had done the log out and log in, the modification was not founded and the label still displaying.

By checking the “Customized page” under Administration > Authoring > Pages, i verified that the customization done is well founded and created, but the display stays like the default one.


Had anyone faced this issue before ? you have any idea if this is a bug in the version 12 or just there is a missing step in our customization?
