Have you reviewed your firewall settings? You can also check if you have more than one ODBC driver for SQL installed on the process server?This has been known to cause fatal errors also.

This is different than that of what was reported. Typically you'd have an ODBC Driver 13 for SQL installed along with ODBC Driver 11 for SQL installed. 

Hi Rafael, Are you saying that I need to install the ODBC Driver 11 for SQL since it's not on the list? Is this something that is installed when you install SQL? What can I do to resolve the error originally posted?

Apologies, the issue was if you had two different versions of ODBC drivers for SQL installed. It appears you don't have that. Have you checked if there is anything else on the server that is already occupying ports needed for X3? You may want to open a support ticket for further investigation. 

We resolved the error by copying the SQLCMD.exe file from the ODBC tools path to the DBMS tools Installation path which are both shown on the screenshot.

FROM: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\140\Tools\Binn

TO: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\140\Tools\Binn

The above path is incorrect. It should be:

From: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\Client SDK\ODBC\130\Tools\Binn

I would like to suggest the same answer. 

Also, you need to install Apache 2.4, it is better because of security issues.
