MTD VAT tax entry not picking VAT registration number

Question

We are on Sage X3 V11 Patch 10. 
 Patched so that client can be able to comply with MTD requirements for British legislations. 
 We have set everything up and we are happy with the numbers however when we go to VAT form entry screen and select the company it is no pulling the Tax number and this is stopping us from proceeding. 
 The Tax number we have populated on Company and Site 
 The filed populated is Company tax id no

Yes you will need to go to 
 Path: Development > Script dictionary > Screens 
 Screen code - VATFRM1 
 Go to Field EECNUM 
 On column Data type EEC 
 Click Action button 
 Select parameters 
 The value for country must be [F:CPY]CRY
