Hi MS, I thought 4 was the limit but see you are using Portugal legislation so not sure but I believe it is on the Chart of Account where you define the analytical dimensions.  I could be wrong though but maybe you can check it out in a testing environment.

In fact I'm not sure how many is limit of dimention types in AP/AR invoices or if there is any limit at all.

Could any one confirm it based on documentation?

You can set up the dimension types you want to see under Default Dimension Types (GESDIE). You can exceed the 9 if you have multiple ledgers with different dimension types. • The Default Dimension Types function is found under Setup, Organizational structure. It is used to create the Dimension types that will be automatically loaded into the database records (customers, suppliers, products, etc.)
• Select the Object from the Left list (customers, suppliers, products, etc.)
• Select the Dimension types that you would like to use with that object
  • You don’t have to use all the Dimension Types on every Object.
  • You may have Dimension Types for different ledgers on the same Object. Objects are shared across ledgers.

Make sure you vet this in your test environment before applying to production. Here is a complete list of the series I created for dimensions and dimension types:

I forgot to mention that previously I checked and changed default dimention types for suppliers in order to add RET dimension.

But I still get only the three dimentions in the invoice (CC, FP and NEG).

I also checked default dimentions under Accounting intarfece.

But the same result.

Am I doing anything wrong or missing any set up?

Solved.

It was missing set up in compamies' dimention types where I had no upstream entry for the missing dimentions.
