During the upgrade of a customer from pu8 to v12.0.18, I receive the following error:

It is repeated over and over for about 2500 pages until the report maxes out. I found one article on the Knowledgebase with prerequisites, which I believe I've followed. It is KB 97574, How to run UTIPIT after upgrade. The General Parameters are set, the VLT activity code is active. I've left only one fiscal period open for each company.

Has anyone encountered this and figured out what it means?

I've now received the UTIPIT script src file and it seems that the message is produced based on the creation of duplicate keys in the STOLOTFCYPIT table. Reviewing the script it would seem this shouldn't happen; however, I'm going to modify the error message to provide more information, so that I can better understand the nature of how the duplicates are occurring in this automated process. I will post, if I find anything useful for others.
