How smooth or complicated was the upgrade from 6.5 to 12?

Did the client have a lot of customizations?

How long did it take to upgrade/implement?

It is a bit tricky, but I think KB article 73954 "How to add a logo/image in Processes (GESAPR) for Version 7 and later" ( https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?externalId=73954 ) explains the tricks you need to get this working...
