Payment Voucher Print

Hi All,

I am facing this issue very often as I was unable to click 'Record' to print Payment voucher for one of the payment entry type and sometimes, with few transactions under this payment type as well. I am using V11 of Sage X3.

I tried to set up the 'Payment report code' and assigned it on the 'Payment entry type' and still didn't work out.

Please find the below screenshot for your reference. I appreciate your urgent response to resolve this?

Hi,

Probably there is no report associated with this payment entry type.

You could set the printout report in > Parameters > A/P - A/R Accounting

Hi Charles,

Thanks for your quick response.

The 'Payment voucher' report is setup and it is printing well for other payment entry types.

I can't able to print for this payment entry only.

I have setup the print code for the payment entry type and not sure, how this is useful. Please find the below screenshot.
