Hi,

We are upgrading a patch 15 to patch 16 in version 12 system but while updating the patch, it gives an error message 'No folder update'.But we checked in ABOUT screen only X3 folder is getting updated to patch 16 and SEED folder still showing patch 15. Please refer the below screenshots for the same.

It would be appreciable if you will provide any solutions.
